Most products that are not aerospace or competition equipment need the same short list: a predictable standard-size servo, a modest torque band and a supplier that accepts a mixed first order. Teaching kits, display mechanisms, camera accessories and consumer products all sit in this range. This page covers the models we recommend and how the OEM program handles small starts.
Four criteria for product designers, educators and procurement teams.
Case dimensions follow the common servo footprint, and our standard-size models measure 40.5 × 20 × 38 mm with the usual mounting holes. A product can therefore move between torque classes without re-cutting the chassis across revisions.
PWM models need no bus stack or configuration step, which keeps assembly and repair within reach of non-specialist staff. Analog and digital variants are marked per model; ask us what differs in holding behavior and cost.
MOQ starts at 50 pcs and mixed models are accepted in one order, so a pilot run does not have to commit to a single code.
Cable length, connector, label and packaging can be changed once a model is fixed, and neutral or custom branding is available for distributors and schools running their own kits.
